Terms And Conditions SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

If you order larger items, your order will likely show up on a large freight truck with curbside delivery. With curbside delivery, you will be required to help in unloading your items from the rear of the truck and moving them inside your business or residence. You are also responsible for making sure that an 18 wheeler has access to your delivery address.

OPTIONAL: Since some of our customers have requested Lift Gate Service. We have made this service available for an additional charge. With a lift gate, the truck can pull as close as possible and lower your product to the ground. If you need lift gate service or inside delivery, please call 1-352-243-0180 for a special freight quotation.

REMEMBER TO COUNT AND CHECK FOR DAMAGES BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for any missing items once you have already signed for them.

Visible shipping damages need to be reported immediately. If you see physical damage to the carton, please show it to the delivery person, and ask permission to open and inspect the package before signing for it. If you notice damage to the item inside the carton DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT! Simply inform the driver that you are refusing delivery due to damage and contact us at once to make a report so we can have a replacement shipped to you immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are suspect of the appearance of the boxes, but do not have time to inspect each of them before the driver leaves, write on the delivery receipt "Boxes are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24hrs." This gives you time to look over the product, yet it allows the carrier to know that possible damage may have occurred before you took possession of it.

Since most freight damage claims need to be reported to the shipper within 24 hours of delivery in order to receive reimbursement from the freight company, please contact us at 1-352-243-0180. RollUpDoorsDirect.com cannot be held responsible for any damages reported after 24 hours. An exception to this would be if you were to discover concealed damage to your unit. In this case simply call the phone number listed on your instruction sheet inside the box, and the parts department will immediately send out a replacement part to you at no charge.

A signature will be required to establish proof of delivery. Don't forget before you sign for delivery, it is your responsibility to carefully check and make sure you receive all the pieces or boxes listed on the receipt or bill of lading. You are also responsible for listing any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing it.

Since our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, RollUpDoorsDirect.com will not be liable or deemed in default for delay in delivery due to any causes beyond our control.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:

All cancel or change order requests must be done by calling 1-352-243-0180 and speaking to customer service. Due to the limitations of email, we cannot guarantee that your email requests will be received or acted upon. Some orders require 24-48 hours processing time. We do not process orders during weekends.

RollUpDoorsDirect.com will make every effort to accommodate your requests if made in a timely matter, however we must first check with the manufacturer to make sure your order has not shipped yet or is not in shipping and can still be changed. If we find your order has already been shipped or is in shipping and cannot be changed, then I'm sorry but we will not be able to make any changes in your behalf. Any order that is changed or canceled while "In Process" is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Also, any shipments to the address given that the freight company is unable to deliver through no fault of their own, and after several attempts to contact you and make delivery will be considered a Non-Defective Return. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both to you and back to the factory) will be deducted from your refund along with up to a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective return orders or orders that are canceled after shipping out to you.
